From creating global heath awareness campaigns, fundraising £14,000 after breast cancer treatment, and setting up an award-winning business from scratch, Hayley has inspired countless people already with her personal story of being an entrepreneur, adventurer and cancer survivor.

Now she's preparing for her biggest challenge yet: paddling the entire 2,552-mile length of the Mississippi River. This will test every ounce of her skills as she goes into the unknown to take on the second largest river in the world by paddleboard.

Making difficult decisions has been at the heart of my last 5 years. Whatever you don't change, you choose. Yet so many people I meet are stuck, without the courage to take the leap. I share my journey of big decisions and how I coped with change from decision to action.

Breast cancer teaches you a LOT. Having 10 days of not knowing if it's a terminal diagnosis sure puts life into perspective. I adore sharing those learnings, so you can live life more fully without having to go through the same. Upbeat, honest, realistic.
